Distinctions and Carnot institutes - june 2013

<ul><li> <strong>Claude ESTOURNES, researcher of the <a href="/en/carnot-institute/cirimat" target="_blank">CIRIMAT Carnot institute</a> with the Dr.Rachman CHAIM et Rachel MARDER and the professor Zhijian SHEN, received "Pfeil Award" for 2013.</strong></li> </ul><p class="rtejustify"> Claude ESTOURNES of the CIRIMAT Carnot institute (team Nanos composite Nano carbon tubes), with Dr. Rachman CHAIM and Rachel MARDER of the Department of Materials Engineering, Technion (Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa 32000, Israel) and Prof. Zhijian SHEN of Department of Materials and Environmental Chemistry (Arrhenius Laboratory, Stockholm University, S-10691 Stockholm, Sweden), received the "Pfeil Award" for the year 2013. Ce Prize awarded by the Institute of MaterialsMinerals and Mining comes reward these researchers for their published works [1] in the field of Spark Plasma Sintering of nanocrystalline ceramics sintering.<br /><span style="font-size: 9px;">[1] R. This award was presented during the Congress international ISACB6 held in Nantes from 5 to June 7, 2013.</p> <ul><li> <strong>Dr Marc Taillefer, researcher of <a href="/en/carnot-institute/ced2" target="_blank">the CED2 Carnot institute</a> has received the "European Sustainable Chemistry Award 2012" of the European Chemical Society.</strong></li> </ul><p class="rtejustify"> Dr. Marc Taillefer, researcher of the CED2 Carnot institute has received "European Sustainable Chemistry Award 2012" the European Chemical Society, with the encouragement of the European Environment Agency (EEA) and the support of SusChem (European Platform for Sustainable Chemistry) and CEFIC (European Chemical Industry Association).
