Biomunex Pharmaceuticals, a long-standing partner of Institut Curie Cancer, and Ipsen, a global biopharmaceutical group focused on the development of innovative medicines, announced in December 2024 the conclusion of an exclusive global licensing agreement for BMX-502, Biomunex's first MAIT cell activator ("MAIT engager").

Appointed Executive Director of Paris Brain Institute accredited Carnot for a five-year term, Professor Stéphanie Debette took up her new position on January 1, 2025. She succeeds Professor Alexis Brice, who has served as Executive Director since 2012.
The Carnot Partnership Research Awards, recognising exemplary collaboration between Carnot Network institutes and industry, were presented on 16 October 2024 at the Rendez-vous Carnot. Hydrogen for mobility, massive electricity storage, new materials with remarkable properties, eco-responsible wood construction: these are the fields in which the winners have succeeded in co-constructing innovative solutions with their industrial partners. Each year, the Carnot Network singles out four projects in four different categories and chooses one of them to receive the Carnot Grand Prize.
CEA-Leti offers a competitive Fan-Out Wafer-Level Packaging technology using 8” wafers. Based on the reconstruction of substrates around individual chips, this technology has become an iconic part of any “More than Moore” strategy. This advanced technology has enabled high-potential, multi-chip system-in-packages since the mid-2000s.
Eliminating the need for intermediate, laminated substrates has enabled the integration of high performance systems with a reduced cost and footprint. It has also paved the way for applications that would have been difficult to address using conventional packaging.

Institut Imagine, in partnership with France Biotech, is delighted to invite you to a landmark event focused on innovation in tackling the challenges of rare diseases. The event will take place on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at Institut Imagine, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
WindEurope is the voice of the wind industry, actively promoting wind energy across Europe. The 2025 edition will be held from 8 to 10 April in Copenhagen. Le Carnot IFPEN Ressources Energétiques will be present.
