Spoilers In Food 2025

Carnot AgriFood Transition is proud to support the Spoilers In Food international conference, to be held in Quimper from 4 to 26 June 2025. This is a must-attend event for all those involved in food microbiology, bringing together international experts to discuss the latest advances in spoilage micro-organisms, their mechanisms, how to detect them and how to control them.

You'll find ADRIA and Lubem, two member teams of the Carnot AgriFood Transition, co-organisers of the event, and research players renowned for their scientific expertise and their commitment to working alongside businesses.
